chicken breast lacquered with balsamic caramel
Ingredients (for 3 people )
- 3 chicken breasts

1 onion - 3 teaspoons honey (I have used agave syrup)

balsamic vinegar - 3 teaspoons
veal stock - salt and pepper
- oil Olive
Preheat oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
Cut the chicken into strips, slice the onions and sauté 5 minutes in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the chicken and onions in a baking dish (pan cake for me). Cover
balsamic vinegar, add the veal stock and honey.
Mix well and bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally time.
