I told you it was going to bleed (with a blog name like that, you can imagine!): You see whole hemoglobin in the picture?
Not?!
And who said "It's not blood, it's hot sauce !!"????
Okay, now I stop my jokes at the con and I'll give my little improvised recipe for lunch in a hurry (because I was hungry!) And with what I had in the fridge ( because I had nothing else ...).
Well, I told you I was hungry, so I have not taken the time to weigh or measure all ingredients, so I'll put it more or less at random ...
Fried noodles with chicken, peppers and soy
Ingredients (for 2-3 people ):
- a package of Chinese noodles (mine was 200 g)
- 3 chicken breasts (or turkey)
- 1 large onion
- 1
pepper - 250 g fresh bean sprouts
-
soy sauce - Sriracha chili sauce
- ginger
- chili powder
Cook the noodles (the time indicated on your package: often between 5 and 10 minutes).
The drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, sauté onion and bell pepper, diced with a little oil in a wok or nonstick skillet.
Lorqui onion is golden brown, add chicken cut into strips. Let brown and then add the beansprouts.
Mix well, add a pinch of ginger powder, a pinch (or maybe more ...) chili powder and sprinkle generously with soy sauce and a dash of chilli sauce.
Let cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally, beansprouts should remain a little crunchy.
Then add the noodles (already cooked), let the fire 2-3 minutes stirring well to imbibe all that sauce.
voilou, yapuka used (with hemoglobin spicy ...).
